Arch Chapter News Update

Chapter News Arch Chapter 2008 is off to a good start for members of the Arch Chapter. We held our Annual Planning Meeting late January and have many exciting events planned for the year. We will start off February with an Eagle Watch and cruise the Great River Road in Illinois, stopping for dinner along the way. Also planned is a night at the Comedy Forum. In March we have been invited by members of the Oldsmobile Club to join them for lunch and then cruise to view an Automobile Museum in the area. Also in March is the annual Easter Car Show held in Forest Park and sponsored by the Horseless Carriage Club of Missouri. With Easter being so early this year, we will keep our fingers crossed that we will have a nice day. Other events planned through out the year include several dealer displays, Dyno Day, Poker Run, Picnic, weekend show at Tan-Tar-A Resort at Lake of the Ozarks, Wine Run, Night at the Drive-In, several charity events and much more. Once again this year we will be hosting, along with the Gateway GTO Club, a display at the Museum of Transportation in August. July will bring several members making the trip to Spearfish for the POCI Convention. We always look forward to attending the convention and this is a part of the country that most of us have not visited before. We are looking to the activities planned and those yet to be added to make 2008 a great year for the Arch Chapter.
