Southern California Chapter News We did it! We pulled off a remarkable come back on February 3rd at our 9th Annual Show N Shine at Phillips Pontiac in Laguna Hills. During the last 2 years, this show has been dying a slow death but it has been resurrected and will just keep getting better! Pontiac's came from near and far and with 82 cars on the show field, the legendary Jim Wangers in attendance, free lunches, a whopping 50/50 raffle and raffle prizes bulging out of every corner, our show was the place to be. Everyone has been energized and we are ready for our 19th Annual All Pontiac Car Show to be held at Fuddruckers Restaurant in Lake Forest on Saturday, May 12, 2007. Show highlights are: Goodie bags, dash plaques, club participation award, DJ, food discounts, raffle, 50/50, trophies for 30 classes-3 deep, Best of Show. Registration is $20 and check in starts promptly at 8:00am. (No early birds please or you will be asked to help set-up) Pre-registration is encouraged by April 28, 2007 and will expedite your show check in process. On March 25, 2007, chapter members and their friends and families will gather at Knott's Berry Farm for a member appreciation brunch. Details are in the Chieftain Chatter.
