The Story

After restoring the 57 GMC and finally getting it out to show it off 2 other Indian Nations Pontiac members and I made a trip to a town named Tahlequah for a car show.

This was April 25, 2015 the weather was awesome for a car show, they had the show on the town square with arts, crafts and politicians everywhere. Of course about any kind of food you might want to try. When they started giving out trophies they mentioned it was the largest turnout of cars they have had for this show. Hosted by Cherokee Cruizin Car Club. My 57 received an award for 1st in its class and I thought I was finished shortly they called my name again only this time it was for BEST of Show!!

I was most definitely surprised about this award which even included a fresh 100 dollar bill!!

And as a side note it was the second Best of Show I received in two weeks of car show!! Very Happy with the truck for sure!!
